Welcome home to a Demuth Park vacation rental. Situated just across the street from Palm Spring’s largest public park, this newly remodeled and redesigned 3BD/2BA is sure to be a fan favorite. Vaulted ceilings, large bedrooms, and a huge backyard with activities that wrap around the fully enclosed property. Heated pool, hot tub, grass for cornhole, fire pit and an outdoor dining table all with an amazing view of the San Jacinto Mountains and Demuth Park.
Inside you will find very warm and welcome decor, comfortable beds, and space for your entire group to relax. There’s a bonus 4th room that is versatile and can be used for work, studying, watching some TV, or even utilizing the air mattress for a spare place to sleep.
Bring your 4-legged friends (sorry dogs only) along for the trip and they will love the park as much as you do. Come spend some time here and let the desert welcome you and keep you wanting to return year after year.
POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at USD75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at USD50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there’s no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a USD89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a USD199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional USD500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
