Property Manager welcomes you to our spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment, set on the 5th floor of a 1950’s but in great condition mansion building in the heart of the city under the tranquil Lycabettus hill – Plateia Mavilis.
Under the hill of Lycabettus at the area of Ampelokipi and near the Megaron Athens Concert Hall is Mavili square, one of the liveliest squares of the city. Its present-day name comes from the poet Lorentsos Mavilis, whose bust is at the square.
This beautiful house is fully furnished to a high standard and offers a spacious, living room a modern kitchen and two bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom. It is self-contained and has its own private entrance with two huge balconies to enjoy the Athenian sun. There is air-conditioning in all areas, central heating during the winter, a 55-inch Smart TV in the sitting room and two 40-inch TV set in both bedrooms.
The space is well equipped and provides a Nespresso machine for that morning coffee, a stove, a huge refrigerator, kettle, glassware and cutlery. The two bedrooms have exceptionally high-quality beds either you use them as double or convert them for single use. Good quality bed linen and towels are used. We also provide a desk and chair for work use.
