Proof of identification may be required due to local regulations where the listing is located.
After confirming your reservation, all guests will be required to submit the following information.
・Name, address, occupation, nationality, telephone number
・Identification photo
If you do not live in Japan → Passport photo
For those living in Japan → Driver’s license, passport, etc.
*Early check-in
・This is possible only if there are no other reservations the day before the guest’s check-in.
・1 hour ¥3,000
If you wish to make this request, please contact us by 4pm (Japan time) the day before check-in.
*Late check-out
・Available until 12:00 p.m.
・1 hour ¥3,000
If you wish to do so, please contact us by 4pm (Japan time) the day before the guest’s check-out.
If you wish to check out after 12:00 pm, please make a reservation for the next day.
*If you are found to have checked out late without contacting us, you will be charged ¥3,000 per hour.
Our cleaning staff will come to your room at check-out time, so please be mindful of this time.
*Luggage deposit before check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m.
Please let us know the number and time of your luggage.
*We cannot store your luggage after check-out.
■Other notes
-It is prohibited to allow anyone other than the person who made the reservation to stay overnight.
- The entire building is non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it will be a nuisance to surrounding residents.
- Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room

-Please do not approach the balcony as it is dangerous for small children.
-Please help us separate garbage (we will guide you during your stay)
