It can accommodate 4 people and has three bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds as well as a baby bed; a fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom; and a living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: 4G key (wifi) tv, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, iron and ironing board.
You will have a balcony which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fees, but can be provided at extra cost.
The apartment is ideally located in the center of Annecy, close to various bars, restaurants, shops and tourist sites! For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour City" and a "Monoprix", respectively at 5 minutes and 6 minutes walk.
The "Plage des Marquisats" is a 15-minute walk away, while the city’s must-sees such as the Pâquier, the castle and the old town are all in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.
There is no keybox available for this apartment, arrivals are allowed up to 10pm.
After 10pm and whatever the reason is, no key handover will be possible.
