Property Manager offers you this charming 45 m² apartment with terrace, located in Saint-Raphaël and able to accommodate up to 4 people. It’s ideal for a couple. A beach is nearby. We look forward to welcoming you :) Logement Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises : - a bedroom with a double bed ; - a functional bathroom; - a fully-equipped kitchen; - living room with sofa bed. You’ll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm. During your stay, you’ll have access to: Parking, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The accommodation is located : - in a residence with shared swimming pool (open from April to October, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) ; - close to the port and a hiking trail; - a 10-minute walk from the beach; - 5 minutes by car from the city center and all its highlights. Pets are welcome. There is also access for people with reduced mobility. Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest. A warm welcome awaits you :) Emplacement Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town and a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, waterside walks, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural places such as the old town, the Romanesque church Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Jardin Bonaparte.
