This former commercial space can accommodate up to 10 people. It is ideally located near the MONTPARNASSE train station and numerous shops and restaurants in a lively and touristy neighborhood. Located near Montparnasse, this pleasant two-story apartment is laid out as follows:

As a reminder, the accommodation is 65m² and can accommodate up to 10 people. Please note that the rooms are small and narrow. We recommend traveling light if there are many of you.
You will have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: television, Philips coffee machine, oven, microwave.
You will be very well connected by public transport, allowing you to explore the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers easy access to shops and restaurants.

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
