The Aiguille du Midi cable car is just a 15-minute walk away. On the way, be sure to pass through the charming town of Chamonix. From the Aiguille, a wonderful 3-hour hike on the north balcony will take you to the Montenvers station, where you can discover the famous Mer de Glace.
For your daily needs, there is a Super U and Drive supermarket less than 10 minutes’ walk away.
You’ll be within easy reach of the Saturday market, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
If you’re a keen skier, you’ll be delighted to know that the cross-country ski runs and ski lifts at Brévent-Flégère are also less than 5 minutes away.
What’s more, just a 3-minute walk away, you’ll find the Savoy field, where the ESF ski school is located and where you can take the ski lift to the Brévent-Flégère gondola if the snow conditions are good. And if you want to explore other ski areas, buses are available at the foot of the residence to take you directly to Grand Montets, Le Tour, Vallorcine or Les Houches.
In summer, you can go hiking directly from the accommodation.
And if you’re a golf fan, a bus passes directly in front of the residence, or you can get there on foot in 15 minutes.
You’ll have free travel passes for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo’nuit Bus).
