THE ACCOMMODATION
Treat yourself to a Bordeaux interlude in this 70m² flat, located on the second floor of a building without a lift. Its central location makes it easy to discover the city’s treasures: the Place de la Bourse, the Miroir d’Eau, the Cité du Vin and the Saint-Pierre district are all just a few minutes away. The flat has two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bath - to combine comfort and privacy. The bright living room invites you to relax on a cosy sofa bed, in front of a large TV with all available channels and high-speed WiFi.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, conventional and Nespresso coffee machines, and a washing machine-dryer for added convenience.
Whether you’re coming for a tourist getaway or a business trip, this flat combines Bordeaux charm, modernity and conveniences designed for your comfort.

DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €500 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

ACCESS
From Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, you can reach the flat by taking Tram A to the ‘Gambetta Mériadeck’ station, just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also take bus 1 from the ‘Aéroport’ stop to the same station.
From Bordeaux Saint-Jean station, Tram B will take you directly to the ‘Gambetta’ stop, very close to the accommodation.
If you are coming by car, please note that street parking is free between 7pm and 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The flat does not have its own private car park, but you will find the ‘Gambetta’ public car park just a few metres away. Prices vary according to the length of your stay, with a daily rate available.
