We kindly ask that pet owners ensure their animals: -Do not climb on sofas, beds, or other furniture -Do not cause any damage inside or outside the property -And that all waste is cleaned up before departure In the event of non-compliance or damage, part of the security deposit may be withheld to cover cleaning or repair costs. 🤝 Guest Welcome Solène, a local expert, will personally welcome you upon arrival and remain available throughout your stay to assist with your needs and share her recommendations for the best spots in Arcachon. 💳 Security Deposit A €3,500 security deposit will be requested via the secure platform Swikly prior to arrival. No amount is charged or held, and the authorization is automatically canceled within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
