Conveniently located minutes from the Cottonwood Canyons, you’ll love the unique, historic and cozy feel of The Wasatch Cottage. Private hot tub, downstairs den w/ pool table, fireplace, wet bar and smart TV. Gear room w/ boot dryer and ski rack, and a ton of space throughout to gather or spread out. 15-20 minutes to Snowbird/Alta, 20-25 to Solitude/Brighton, 35 to Park City, 20 to downtown, 25 to the airport, close to bars/restaurants, and walking distance to the grocery store and bus stops.
On the first level you’ll find the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as the second full size bedroom that also has an ensuite bathroom and a door to access the deck and hot tub. This level also includes the main living room, kitchen, and dining area. Downstairs is home to the pool table den, fireplace and wet bar, as well as the three queen bedrooms and single bedroom.
