A new house is currently under construction next to the villa; however, the noise effect is minimal and should not disturb your stay. Please note that as construction activity is outside our control, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of noise during the day. • Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site. • Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session. • Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge. • A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs. • The base rate covers up to 8 guests with the standard bed setup. For more than 8 guests, the system will automatically calculate and add the extra bed fee. • If fewer than 8 guests are staying but extra beds or a non-standard setup is requested, an additional bed charge will apply.
