HOLT’s three-level Centro Historico home will make for an unforgettable trip to San Miguel for your friends and family. From the rooftop patios you can see the entire town and valley. We completed construction in February 2023. You will bask in the incredible light from all sides as a corner house with a south-facing interior courtyard. Sleeping up to 9 people in our quiet home, relax with your group after busy days experiencing all San Miguel has to offer on foot. A secured parking garage, heavenly King and quen beds, and modern touches round out this show-stopping home.

• The Master Bedroom is privately located on the top floor and presents with a King bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch smartTV, a private patio and views of the town from the shower!
• The second King Bedroom also features a 50-inch smartTV, walk-in closet and attached en suite bathroom
• Bedroom Three has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to make a king bed upon request.
• The bathrooms feature monsoon showerheads and plenty of clean linens, blow dryer, three sizes of towels, and the full range of toiletries offered!
The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster oven, and much more

• Pack N’ Play crib available upon request
• Iron, and ironing board
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
Our property has a garage available for one vehicle, making parking and moving easy. Please note that the garage is not big enough for oversized vehicles over 196 inches. It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot, this prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel as we are in one of the most exclusive areas in town with easy access to everything the city has to offer. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, we can share our trusted contacts with you. There are also taxis and Ubers available at reasonable prices.
