The space LIC#: VRP22-0014 BEDROOMS/BATHS: The 3 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 2 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique, upscale decor. Everyone in your party can have a space to call their own. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master / 1 King Bedroom 2 / 1 Queen with Desk Bedroom 3 / 2 Full Beds The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and other bathroom is located between the other bedrooms. Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in. Child Travel Items: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. KITCHEN/LIVING: The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with state of the art appliances: blender, coffee makers, and air fryer. There’s plenty of dishware for large groups for both indoor and outdoor dining; all that and more will exceed your culinary expectations. The bright and airy kitchen allows for your culinary aspirations to come to life. You’ve found your SOL MATE. OUTDOOR LIVING: Venture out to the outdoor patio for fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside or dabbling in sports: Croquet, Golf, Volleyball, sand bag toss. PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight and please NO glass at any time by the pool. Thank you, kindly. City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short-Term Rentals: Music: Music is allowed outdoors at cellular/laptop level before 10pm and not before 8am. Quiet Hours: 10pm until 8am In order to respect our neighbors, please ensure zero music outside and human noise is kept to an absolute minimum. Occupancy: Max 8 overnight and an additional 4 in the daytime. Notes: Breaking any of the city rules may result in a code violation, enforcement fines payable fully by guest, and potential eviction. If the person that booked reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, an alternative number and contact should be provided. If we are unable to reach an emergency contact and must dispatch a representative to the property, there will be a $50 charge during the day, or $100 charge after 10pm. Please know we will not micromanage or invade your privacy - we only want you, and your group/family, to have an amazing time while understanding the rules we all must observe within the city of Desert Hot Springs. POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. *Pool cleaning, every Monday, and between guests. **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. PARKING: 4 cars in the driveway CHECKOUT DUTIES: Load and start the washer with used towels, put your trash in the trash bins outside. Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure. Thank you so much. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. PETS: One small dog per reservation is allowed for an additional fee of $75. Please be sure to clean up after your pet if they go in the backyard and any damage inside the home will be billed to you in case of special cleaning involved due to the pet. FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement.
