Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, & 2 Twin (sleeps 8), Smart TV’s (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool with screen enclosed lanai, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Property Manager includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
