This 32 m² apartment, designed with maximum comfort in mind, is an ideal place to stay for four guests, whether a family or a group of friends. Upon entering, the eye is drawn to the harmonious décor where modernity blends seamlessly with coziness. The living room features a comfortable, fold-out sofa that also serves as a sleeping space for two, perfect for evening relaxation after a day full of activities. Next to it is a 43-inch Smart TV with cable access, providing entertainment for everyone. Thanks to air conditioning, the room remains pleasantly cool even on the hottest days. From the living room, there is direct access to a spacious balcony furnished with outdoor seating, an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee with a view of the surrounding greenery. The kitchenette is fully equipped to meet all culinary needs, offering an induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, and electric kettle. The dining table comfortably seats four, making it perfect for shared meals. The bedroom is a peaceful space with a comfortable queen-size bed ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
