Welcome to our unique three-story home in the heart of Old San Juan! You’ll be steps from restaurants, shops, and landmarks—perfect for history lovers, foodies, and anyone seeking a distinctive Puerto Rican experience.
Blending colonial charm, industrial design, and eco-friendly living, this 8,000 sq. ft. residence features open-air spaces, high ceilings, and a central courtyard filled with natural light and tropical breezes. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Our solar-powered home runs entirely on renewable energy, including solar-heated water, for a sustainable yet comfortable stay.
Ideal for families and groups, the second floor offers a fully equipped industrial-style kitchen, a spacious living area, and two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen—each with a private bathroom and a loft with a full bed, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. A fitness area is also available for your workouts.
The third floor features a master suite and access to two stunning rooftop terraces: a lush green rooftop garden offering a tranquil natural space, and a second terrace with a lawn, BBQ grill, and outdoor fireplace, perfect for gatherings and views of Old San Juan’s colorful
skyline. (Sprinklers run at 5 AM and 6 AM.)
While Puerto Rico can occasionally experience brief water or power interruptions, the property is equipped with a solar power system and a water cistern to help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
Please note: Old San Juan is a lively, historic district with an active nightlife and steady foot traffic. Street noise is to be expected, especially in the evenings and on weekends. During peak travel seasons, holidays, and local events, the area can become significantly busier, which may result in higher noise levels at all hours. This studio is best suited for guests who enjoy being in the center of the action or who don’t mind the sounds of a vibrant city. Light sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs for added comfort.
Additionally, due to the tropical environment, insects may occasionally appear—keeping lights off at night can help minimize this.
Please note that, due to the building’s historic limestone construction, Wi-Fi connectivity may be limited at times, and light dust accumulation can occur naturally.
We look forward to hosting you and helping you experience everything that makes Old San Juan and Puerto Rico so special!
