The Red Trolley Train stops outside the resort, offering easy access to historic downtown St. Augustine. You’re also adjacent to the Guy Harvey Resort, with nearby dining options and convenient transportation services.
Whether you’re here for beach days, history, or relaxation, Unit 3303 places you in the heart of it all—without the crowds.
- Parking: Parking passes are $25 one time, (not daily). You must preregister and purchase via the resort website in advance. If passes are purchased day of arrival, the charge is $40 per pass.
-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.
-This property does not allow pets of any kind.
-Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.
