Whether you’re here for beach days, history, or relaxation, Unit 3303 places you in the heart of it all—without the crowds. - Parking: Parking passes are $25 one time, (not daily). You must preregister and purchase via the resort website in advance. If passes are purchased day of arrival, the charge is $40 per pass. -Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation. -For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated. -Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences. -You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay. -This property does not allow pets of any kind. -Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.
