For shopping, entertainment, and events, Pier Park is just a short drive away. -This complex does not have exterior elevators -The unit is located on the 3rd (top) floor and is accessible by stairs only -A spiral staircase is located inside the unit -Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking. -No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee. -A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed. -All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in. -This unit is not suitable for pets. -Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.
