The private hot tub is perfect for unwinding, and the large deck offers space for entertaining, with stunning views of Miners Creek drainage. The outdoor setup, with handcrafted chairs and a gas fire pit, makes it a cozy spot for sharing stories after a day of adventures. Inside, the large picture windows provide a continuous connection to nature, filling the space with light and views of the National Forest. Our home’s secluded location offers peace and quiet while still being just fifteen minutes from downtown Creede, giving you the best of both worlds. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are ideal for socializing and preparing meals together. It’s the perfect spot for family gatherings, friend getaways, or a peaceful weekend retreat. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom (main level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed (main level) 3rd Bedroom - Queen bed (main level) 4th Bedroom - Two (2) twin beds with ensuite bathroom (upper level, steep stairs) This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Years and 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. ****ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID-STAY CLEAN. Longer stays will require cleaning every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense*** A doorbell camera is on the east front door, and a hardwired motion video camera/floodlight is on the barn. The cameras are for liability and insurance purposes and are activated by the movement. They are on 24/7. There are door sensors on all the doors and two motion sensors.
