A longtime local favorite, it’s a spot where everyone can find something to enjoy. From this prime location, nearly every convenience is within easy walking distance, from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and a variety of nearby eateries just a few blocks away to the lively yet charming Newport Pier area. Along the way, you’ll also find banks, a pharmacy, a full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages. Many guests find they can park their car upon arrival and leave it there for the duration of their stay. The beachfront boardwalk, stretching nearly six miles along the peninsula, offers a scenic route for walking and biking, while the Seashore Drive bike path provides another easy way to explore the area.
