This beautiful 2nd floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den is located in one of Fort Myers’ most desired communities. Colonial Country Club is a 750-acre gated, golf course community, with eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, biking and walking paths, resort-style community swimming pools with spas, an elite fitness center and a newly redesigned Clubhouse where you’ll find happy hours, entertainment and social activities appealing to many interests. This is all surrounded by the stunning 750-acre, 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Gordon G. Lewis.
** Please note - Bookings made for a check-in date within 20 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 15-20 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 20 days out from booking - we will send additional info once your booking is received.
**There are 2 community association applications required for guests. The Colonial Country Club Application is included within the price of the rental. The third party application for background checks is a separate fee, payable when you apply. These applications are required by Colonial Country Club.
At the end unit of a condo building, this floor plan is the largest available in the community and almost feels like a single-family home - complete with private entrance and corner balcony overlooking the serene water views behind the condo. The neighborhood swimming pool, spa, sundeck and BBQ grills are just across the street, and one of the community pickleball complexes is a short distance, as well.
You couldn’t hope for a more ideal location within this condo community!
With vaulted ceilings and overhead fans throughout, you will love the spacious, open feel of over 1,500 square feet for your group of up to four.
The space:
Interior stairs lead to the 2nd floor unit where you find the open concept main living area with free flowing living and dining space
Living room features inviting and comfortable seating with reclining furnishings, large SmartTV with Xfinity cable; glass sliding doors run the length of the living room and open to the balcony with a tranquil corner view of the water behind the condo. The balcony is fully screened and glazed creating a Florida room that can be enjoyed year round, whether winter or summer. A dining table and large SmartTV is located in the Florida room.
Dining area has a pub-height table with 4 chairs
Updated kitchen with oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer; eating bar with 2 bar stools
Den/office space is furnished with a full desk and chair
Split floor plan has the primary bedroom at the back of the condo, guest bedroom at the front, allowing privacy for all guests
Primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, TV with Xfinity cable, view of the lake behind condo and an ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity and large walk-in shower
Guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and TV with Xfinity cable
Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination
Any SmartTV’s in the home require the guest to provide their own log-ins for subscription based services
Free WiFi throughout the unit
All beds are made for your arrival with provided linens; bath, pool and kitchen towels are included
One assigned, covered parking space with additional open parking on a first come, first serve basis

The Community:
Club and social membership transfer allows guests to access the Country Club dining, tennis, fitness center, activities and resort pool. Dining and beverage costs are not included in membership transfer. Limited golf tee times up to 3 days advance notice, subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Cart and green fees apply for each outing and guest must contact pro shop or clubhouse for golf fee schedule after arrival. If a tee time is available, you would need to provide your own equipment.
The Area:
Although you could enjoy your entire stay without even leaving the community, Colonial Country Club is ideally located close to downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. Destinations such as Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Boca Grande, Bonita Springs, and Naples offer some of the finest shopping, dining, beaches, professional sports and cultural experiences you could hope for during your time in southwest Florida, and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures!
This property is approximately 20 miles from Fort Myers Beach; 13 miles from RSW International Airport.
No smoking allowed anywhere in the property, including condo or lanai.
No pets allowed.
Please note: Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.
