Step inside Seaside Cottage and enjoy all the comforts of home. The condo features three spacious bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation—complete with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third, making it an ideal setup for families or groups. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and a propane grill is available for outdoor barbecues. A washer and dryer are also provided to make extended stays even more convenient. After a day spent fishing, boating, or exploring, cool off in the communal pool or enjoy a friendly game on the tennis courts. Whether you’re casting a line off the pier or soaking up Rockport’s coastal charm, Seaside Cottage is your perfect bayfront retreat. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available upon reservation completion. 2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance. 3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods. 4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay. 5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter. 6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems. 7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival. 8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful. 9. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. 10.
