What’s Nearby: Located just 1.5 miles from Brian Head Resort, you’ll have easy access to the Mountain Bike Park and chair lifts for year-round fun. Explore the breathtaking landscapes of Cedar Breaks National Monument, just 4 miles away, or enjoy fishing for bass and trout at Brian Head Reservoir, a little over a mile from the condo. Additional Details: A local bus offers transportation to the slopes. A 4x4 vehicle is required during winter months for access. Netflix streaming is available (guests must use their own accounts). This property does not have air conditioning, but Brian Head’s cool summer temperatures rarely exceed 78°F. Parking is free and first-come, first-served (not assigned to specific units). The living room features a double-size sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Dogs are not permitted; however, the property owner does have a dog, so guests with allergies should take precautions.
