The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and both single-serve and full-pot coffee makers. Imagine sipping your morning coffee from a high-top seat on the covered deck, watching waves roll in and the beach come to life — all from your private balcony. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a comfy coastal escape for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bath, while the second and third bedrooms feature a queen, and a queen with twin — perfect for flexibility and comfort. Relax on the cozy sofa in the living room, enjoy movie nights on the big-screen TV, and stay cool with central air and ceiling fans throughout. High-speed WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience. Spend the day at the beach with the 6 beach chairs and an umbrella. When it’s time to rinse off the sand, head to the outdoor shower located by the stairs — perfect for beach feet or sandy puppy paws. The covered deck is ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun, complete with 4 bar-height chairs, 2 rocking chairs, and a direct view of the ocean. . You’re steps from the sand and minutes from great restaurants on Oak Island and in Southport. Whether you’re eating out, picking up takeout, or exploring the island, you’ll find everything you need close by — including a guest book curated by your host with dining suggestions, parking info, and fun local activities. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water. No golf carts allowed- charging is prohibited We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed. Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property. Strictly no cats allowed. Parking at the condo is always FREE, and you’re just steps from the beach — no need to pay for beach access parking! 3 parking passes available. FYI: As of January 10, 2023, Oak Island has implemented paid parking at beach access points from April 1 to September 30, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Rates: $5/hour, $20/day, $80/week.
