This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a comfy coastal escape for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bath, while the second and third bedrooms feature a queen, and a queen with twin — perfect for flexibility and comfort.
Relax on the cozy sofa in the living room, enjoy movie nights on the big-screen TV, and stay cool with central air and ceiling fans throughout. High-speed WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience.

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.
Parking at the condo is always FREE, and you’re just steps from the beach — no need to pay for beach access parking! 3 parking passes available.
FYI: As of January 10, 2023, Oak Island has implemented paid parking at beach access points from April 1 to September 30, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Rates: $5/hour, $20/day, $80/week.
