This two bed 2 bathroom apartment on the 11th floor is the ideal way to experience all that Sea Point has to offer. Complete with expansive ocean views, in a secure building with parking, a communal pool, and load-shedding friendly! Perfectly located, and in walking distance to endless great restaurants and stores and the famous Sea Point promenade. Your ideal luxury retreat awaits, where space, sunshine, and spectacular views blend seamlessly with convenience and comfort. The space has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area that opens onto a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area. The primary bedroom, with ensuite bathroom (shower, bath, toilet with his and hers basins) is fitted with a King size bed and sliding door onto the balcony area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 2nd bathroom (not en-suite) has a shower, toilet and basin. The neighbourhood is filled with great restaurants, cafés, deli’s, grocery stores and shops, and close to the Sea Point promenade. A great area to walk around in, with many things and places to experience. This apartment has an inverter and back-up battery for load shedding, which powers the lights, TV, WiFI, fridge and some plug points. The only items which do not function during load shedding are the bigger appliances with heating elements; including the dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, air-cons and hairdryer. The building also has a back-up generator, which power the elevators during load shedding.
