Both rooms open directly out onto the pool area, so you can move seamlessly from bed to lounger! KITCHEN The fully equipped contemporary kitchen, with premium granite worktops, is perfect for sociable cooking as it opens out onto the al fresco living and dining areas, and the poolside deck. The dining area comfortably seats eight, from lively breakfasts to elegant dinners in the tranquil, tropical poolside setting. Other Things to Note: - Rate is room only, breakfast is not included, - Extra person (above 2 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate), - Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate, - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest), - People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest, - The villa is located in a residential area.
