Aspen Sky Lodge is a luxurious, standalone mountain home in the picturesque Summit Sky Ranch community in Silverthorne, Colorado. This 2189 sq. ft. retreat features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 2 king size beds, 1 queen size bed, 2 twin over twin bunk beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 2 twin size sleeper sofas. With close proximity to The Aspen House Clubhouse guests can walk to amenities and one of our private trail heads.
The upper level features a primary suite with a king bed, private balcony #2 and a en-suite bathroom with a standing shower. Additionally on this level is the living, kitchen, powder room and dining areas. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space is perfect for gathering around the fireplace. Take a step outside on the private balcony #1 that features a gas grill, firepit and views of the Gore Range Mountains!
The mid floor includes two guest bedrooms - one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed and a guest bathroom just outisde. Additionally guests will find the private laundry room and the entryway from the front door or two car heated garage.
On the lower level, you’ll find the bonus fourth bedroom and den. This area offers two twin over twin bunk beds, a queen size sleeper sofa and two twin size sleeper sofa pull out beds. The lower level also offers a guest bathroom and walk out access to the patio featuring a second gas firepit. Step outside to your private patio or balconies for an unforgettable mountain escape!

We strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible! Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Relax and enjoy – we’ve got you covered!

Guests of Property Manager have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
