Are you looking for a spacious and modern villa where you can enjoy your time both indoors and outdoors? We have just the villa for you. Villa Viviana is located in Valbandon, near Pula. It has a total of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests who can enjoy everything the villa has to offer, from the spacious garden with pool to the modern interior. The villa is also pet friendly and the garden is fenced so you can let your pet explore the garden without worrying.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are all in an open plan, air-conditioned room with lots of natural light from large panoramic windows overlooking the landscaped garden. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the essentials including toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The dining table seats 8 and a high chair is also available. The living room has a smart TV with streaming services and a sofa that can be pulled out if you need more space.
Villa Viviana has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have a large double bed, desk and wardrobe. The bathrooms are modern with a shower and toiletries and one bathroom has a double sink. The villa also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is particularly useful if you are planning a longer stay and do not want to take a lot of luggage with you.
The garden of this villa is an impressive 1100m², giving you plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The first thing you will notice in the garden is definitely the heated swimming pool with outdoor shower and a relaxing area with sun loungers. In addition to the pool, the garden also has a covered terrace, a great place to start the day with a morning coffee and enjoy the views of the garden. There is also a gazebo with lounge furniture, ideal for lazy afternoons. And when the sun goes down and you get hungry, there is a gas barbecue so you can quickly and easily prepare a meal for the whole group.
The location of the villa is ideal for exploring the very south of Istria. Less than a 20 minute drive away is Pula, a city full of monuments from Roman times, and further afield you can reach the very south of the Istrian peninsula, where unspoilt nature and wild beaches await. Fažana is also close to the villa and can be reached by walking along the seafront. In addition to its charming seaside architecture, Fažana offers opportunities for excursions to the Brijuni National Park, which is just across the sea.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
