In the heart of the blue Kvarner, at the entrance to the beautiful Bay of Bakar, you will find the peaceful coastal town of Bakarac, where an exceptionally comfortable holiday home awaits you. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and within walking distance to the sea, this house offers sea views from the terrace, a heated pool, and many other advantages for a relaxing getaway. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom, while the first floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room, along with another bedroom and bathroom. Each level has a separate entrance from the outside. The sofa bed in the living room is 120 cm wide. Each floor is equipped with an air conditioner that maintains a pleasant temperature during the pre- and post-season, as well as during the summer months. Additional heating is provided by a wood stove and an electric radiator in the living room, while an electric heater is installed in the ground-floor bathroom. The exterior of the house is adorned with Mediterranean plants, ideal for relaxation, featuring a spacious covered terrace of 30 m² facing the sea and located in a shaded area, perfect for enjoying tranquility. Behind the house, near the pool, there is another terrace with a barbecue, dining table, and sun loungers by the pool. The yard is completely fenced. Parking is available 30 meters from the house, with two parking spaces secured. The nearest beach, which is concrete, can be reached by a pleasant walk, and there is a pebble beach nearby. Morning jogging by the sea and through the forest will surely provide an unforgettable experience.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
