Villa Veronika I is located in Vinkuran, near the city of Pula and the popular Pješčana Uvala. This 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 10 people and is ideal for a group of friends or a group of young people. This villa makes up half of the semi-detached property, but don’t worry – you will have enough privacy and space, both inside and out.
The villa has 200 m² and extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a warm ambience in an open plan space consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen. In the living room, there are 2 sofas and an armchair, as well as a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite Netflix series. In the extension of the room there is a fully equipped kitchen and next to it there is also a dining table where you can enjoy prepared meals. When the weather is nice, you can move to the outdoor dining area where you’ll find even more space, and since it’s covered, you can use it even when it’s raining. All ground floor rooms are air conditioned.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. The rooms are spacious and each has several beds and large wardrobes for storing clothes. Of the 3 bathrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and 2 are on the first floor. The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins and have towels, hairdryers and toiletries. There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of 1500 m² where there will be more than enough space for play and fun. Children will certainly spend most of their time on the playground, while the older ones can play table football, table tennis, darts or badminton.
Villa Veronika is situated in an optimal location. The first beach is only 5 minutes away by car (about 15 minutes on foot), the city of Pula is within easy reach, and there are numerous other attractions among which you are sure to find at least one to your liking: Cape Kamenjak, Fratarski otok, Cave Romane (place of many concerts) and countless bays with hidden beaches.
