It is ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. The villa features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 10 guests.
Villa Elizabeta covers 220 m² across three floors. Built in traditional Dalmatian style, it combines modern and rustic elements. It is divided into two separate apartments, each suitable for 4 guests or two families. Each unit includes a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as a private entrance and balcony.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a charming, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for gatherings. Entertainment options include table football, darts, PlayStation, children’s toys, and board games. This level also features one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.
The outdoor area offers everything for complete relaxation, with multiple terraces available. In front of the villa, enjoy the natural shade with a large dining table, alongside a barbecue and summer kitchen.
Next to the villa is an annex with a wellness area, including a Finnish sauna, fully equipped fitness room, and bathroom.
Relax in the private pool (heated or cooled on request) with panoramic views of Makarska, the sea, and nearby islands, or unwind on the sun loungers. For additional relaxation, there is a covered outdoor whirlpool, ideal for evenings under the stars.
