Villa Torre II in Tar, not far from Poreč, will delight you with its combination of rustic Istrian charm and modern elegance. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests - 6 guests in the bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The 650 m² courtyard is completely fenced in and has a beautiful swimming pool and sunbeds with lush greenery to give you a real Mediterranean feel. You can bring up to 2 pets.
On the ground floor there is an open plan space with a lobby, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. Traditional Mediterranean details are combined with a minimalist modern interior. The result is an airy but warm ambience for everyday enjoyment. The traditional fireplace between the kitchen and living room is an immediate eye-catcher. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The dining area has a wooden table with chairs and benches where you can enjoy the prepared delicacies. A high chair for children is available. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV with a SAT TV connection. There is also a large glass door overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
The bedrooms are designed to relax and unwind - simple, romantic, traditional details create a cosy atmosphere. Of the 3 bedrooms, 1 is on the ground floor and the other 2 are on the first floor. All rooms are equipped with double beds and a baby cot can be added. The temperature can be regulated by air conditioning for maximum comfort. The ground floor room has direct access to the sunbathing area by the pool and the first floor rooms have balconies that also overlook the pool. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with toiletries and hairdryers. Each elegantly furnished bathroom has a shower and one upstairs bathroom also has a bidet.
The stone exterior of the villa, with its striking blue shutters, blends in perfectly with the Mediterranean-style garden with its swimming pool and olive trees. The swimming pool is 24 m² in size and is available for use from April to November. After a refreshing dip in the pool, sunbathe in one of the sun loungers with towels and an outdoor shower at your disposal. In the evening, prepare a delicious barbecue dinner and enjoy a shared meal and a glass of local wine on the covered patio. Inside the fenced garden there is a parking area for 2 cars, which is suitable for cars with a low chassis.
The villa is located only 2.5 km from the nearest beach, so it’s only a 4 minute drive to go swimming in the Adriatic Sea and enjoy the sunset. If you would like to explore the gems of Istria, you can start from Tar, the charming town in which the villa is located. Walk around the old town centre and climb the Tar bell tower, from which you can sometimes see Venice. Be sure to taste the local olive oil, considered the best in Europe. Near Tar, visit Novigrad with its beautiful beaches and Poreč with its rich cultural and historical heritage. For the more adventurous, Istralandia is an exciting water park for all ages, only 15 minutes from Villa Torre II.
