Villa Anna is located in the very heart of the town of wine and grapes - Višnjan. The main feature of this modern 3-bedroom villa is the infinity pool with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Every corner of this truly special villa offers an incredible view, guaranteeing maximum enjoyment for each of the 8 guests. Attractive exterior, comfortable interior, historic city - a recipe for the ideal holiday.
The interior of the villa measures 240m² and is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with several areas for relaxing, a TV and, of course, a view of the outdoor terrace. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and a dining table where you can enjoy them. All rooms are air conditioned.
All bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 1 room has an ensuite bathroom. 2 of the rooms have double beds and 1 has a single bed. Upstairs there is another living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people. All rooms are fully furnished, air-conditioned and have plenty of storage space. Towels and hairdryers are provided in the bathrooms.
In the courtyard of the villa, which covers an area of 1200 m², you will find several areas for sitting and relaxing. The sun loungers by the pool are ideal for soaking up the warm Istrian sun, and when the sun heats up a bit you can relocate to the shaded terrace. There is also an outdoor dining area on the terrace where you can enjoy specialities prepared on the outdoor grill. Finally, refresh yourself in the 50m² infinity pool and let your cares melt away as you take in the magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.
What makes Villa Anna even more unique is its extremely attractive location. Situated at the foot of the church of St. Cyricus and Julitta, in the very centre of Višnjan, close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, you’ll have a holiday where you won’t miss a thing. While you’re in the area, don’t miss a visit to the famous Višnjan Observatory and round off your day with some stargazing.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
