Vila Bruna is located in Poreč, one of the most visited and attractive coastal towns in Istria. With only a 15 minute walk from the old town of Poreč, the location couldn’t be better, and the villa itself is truly spectacular. The villa consists of a total of 3 units, making it ideal for a vacation with a larger group of friends. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. The villa welcomes groups of young people and allows parties. Have a pet? No problem, the villa is pet friendly!
The main house consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with two large sofas and a TV. A room made for movie nights! In the second part of the room there is a dining area and around the corner there is a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare a variety of meals. On the 1st and 2nd floors of the house you will find 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are light and airy and very pleasant to stay in. They are equipped with large beds, wardrobes, TV and some have access to the balcony.
The second unit, next to the main house, consists of 1 floor. There is another fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining room and access to the terrace. On the other side of the ground floor there is an indoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna.
The third unit consists of 2 floors and can be used as a separate apartment for a smaller family. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen with a living room, a dining room and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed for 1 person. The room has access to a sunny terrace with a sitting area.
Villa Bruna is surrounded by 2300 m² of land. There is a saltwater pool in the center, and as an added bonus, there is an outdoor jacuzzi. There are sun loungers by the pool where you can relax and enjoy the warm Istrian sun. You have access to the pool and a view of the outdoor terrace from all 3 units. On the ground floor of the unit next to the jacuzzi, there is a spacious summer kitchen and there is also a wood-fired grill. Private parking for 4 vehicles is provided in the courtyard of the villa.
You have probably heard and read a lot about Poreč, and we are convinced that you will not be bored there. The beautiful old town, the Euphrasian Basilica, the Roman remains, the aquarium, the surrounding islands... There are also numerous beaches and well-maintained promenades along the sea, which you can reach on 2 wheels - in fact, you can rent city bikes at the villa. Having said all this, we conclude with the following: Vila Bruna is an accommodation you should not miss!
