Situated in the quiet village of Labinci near Poreč is the modern villa Daleo. The single-storey, fully enclosed house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and is wheelchair accessible. The modern facilities and design will impress you. It’s an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relax in the heated pool or jacuzzi, grill a delicious meal and enjoy the company of loved ones on the covered terrace. Under the Istrian sun, in the fragrant Mediterranean air, you will feel completely rejuvenated.
The main living area on the ground floor will win you over at first glance. This open plan space is made up of a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. Glass walls along the walls give direct access to the pool and garden and the whole area is flooded with light. A comfortable corner sofa with smart TV in the relaxing living room is ideal for a short break from sunbathing. Modern minimalism reigns in the fully equipped kitchen. The island is perfect for a quick bite and the wine fridge will come in handy for storing those fine local bottles. The wooden dining table for 8 people is a real eye-catcher thanks to its unique design and there is also the option to add a high chair for the children.
All ground floor rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort, with underfloor heating. This includes all 3 bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds and a cot can be added. The modern simplicity of the bedrooms will help you relax, with smart TVs for entertainment. All of the rooms have glass walls that open directly onto the garden, as well as en-suite bathrooms. Walk-in showers, toiletries, hairdryers and comfortable bathrobes are provided in all 3 modern bathrooms. All bathrooms have a bidet and one has a double sink.
You can spend most of the sunny days in the 866 m² garden. The central place for relaxation, refreshment and recreation is certainly the 34 m² swimming pool with optional heating at extra charge. You can use the outdoor shower and the towels provided, then relax on one of the deck chairs with your favourite book. For moments of ultimate relaxation, there is a jacuzzi for 3 people next to the pool. The covered outdoor patio with a large table is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue. Parking for 3 vehicles is provided within the property with an electric car charger and it’s suitable for low chassis vehicles.
While spending your holiday at the elegant Villa Daleo, you can always swap the pool for one of the nearby beaches - the villa is about 10 kilometres from the nearest beach. Visit the picturesque town of Novigrad, famous for its incredible sunsets. On your way back to the villa, stop in Tar-Vabriga and stroll through the old town with its distinctive stone houses. A few minutes’ drive away is Poreč, a must-see destination rich in history, culture and gastronomy. The famous Višnjan Observatory, where interesting workshops for children and adults are often organised, is only 5 minutes away from the villa. The Baredine Cave is another natural attraction in the vicinity, which will delight the lovers of the extraordinary beauty of nature.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
