Vila Porto Bus Beachfront is located in a mediterranean setting close to the small village of Bale in Istria. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) and is the ideal choice if you are looking for an unforgettable luxury holiday in a natural environment only a few steps away from the sea.
The villa consists of a living room, a large kitchen island with sink that also serves as a dining table with room for 4 people and a modern kitchen unit where you will find everything you need to prepare a light breakfast or mediterranean lunch. What makes the villa stand out is the choice of material and the interior design, which suggest luxury at every step of the way.
Guest can enjoy 2 spacious bedrooms with large double beds and each of the bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom. The spacious bathrooms offer a shower cabin, hair dryer and 2 sinks to provide guests with maximum comfort. A separate laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer is also available.
From the living room, as well as from each of the bedrooms, you can exit and enter the courtyard of the villa equipped with garden furniture, ideal for moments of relaxation. There is also a heated outdoor pool of 26 m2 with comfortable deckchairs for enjoying the sunshine. If you want to reconnect with nature, enjoy relaxing moments in the garden with a total area of 1000 m2, which will provide your children with enough space for carefree play.
If you want to take a swim in the sea, there is a pebble beach just 100 m from the villa. You can park your vehicle parking spaces just beside the villa, and for an active vacation, you can rent bicycles and there’s also a children’s playground and a mini golf course. In the town of Bale, in the immediate vicinity of the villa, you will find numerous facilities such as restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Pula airport is only 31 km from the villa.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
