In the quiet hamlet of Radovani, not far from Višnjan, you will find the unique Villa Charlotta. This old Istrian farmhouse has been renovated with a combination of old and new, skilfully incorporating traditional Istrian elements into luxurious interiors. The complex consists of 3 independent residential units and a pool house with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for 13 people, and pets are also welcome. Villa Charlotta will take you to a new level of relaxation with a dreamy garden with several courtyards and a swimming pool, complete privacy amidst Mediterranean greenery and concierge services including freshly-made breakfast and villa maintenance.
The main house welcomes you with a combination of stone, wood and minimalist modern furnishings, as do the other accommodation units. Bright colours dominate all rooms, creating a relaxing atmosphere with the views of greenery from the windows. Underfloor heating runs through all the rooms, adding to the overall sense of comfort. A fully fitted modern kitchen with induction hob and a bright dining area is located on the ground floor. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two living rooms - one with French doors leading directly to the sea view terrace and the other with a modern fireplace for entertaining. The main house accommodates 7 guests and offers 3 elegant double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 1 single bedroom. The modern bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and hairdryers.
The first guest house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor and is designed to accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for enjoying Mediterranean specialities and a comfortable living room with direct access to the terrace. There is also a small toilet on the ground floor, and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped with toiletries and hairdryers. The second guesthouse is a charming rustic one-storey house for 2 people. There is a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with two sinks.
Situated on a spacious 2,000m² plot, Villa Charlotta has an enchanting garden and courtyard divided into several zones for relaxation, socialising and sunbathing. The 80m² swimming pool is accessed by stairs and is ideal for refreshment and relaxation. The pool house has a small lounge with sofa, wardrobe and toilet. It has direct access to the pool and on the outside of the house there is an outdoor shower and a fridge to keep your drinks cool. You can enjoy a refreshing drink in one of the deckchairs by the pool or in the shade of the covered part of the garden, all overlooking the Mediterranean landscape. If you would like to prepare a meal in the aromatic air, you can do so on the large covered terrace in the summer kitchen with barbecue and seating for al fresco dining. While you are enjoying the company of family or friends, the children can have fun in the children’s playground.
To make staying at the luxurious Villa Charlotte even more enjoyable, the Villa offers its guests a concierge service. Every day from 8 am to noon, hostesses are available to prepare breakfast, make the beds, and clean the bathroom and kitchen. You can even hire a yacht for a memorable outing. If you prefer to go ashore, explore the thousand-year-old town of Višnjan, just a short distance from the villa. Walk along the cobbled streets to the 15th-century Gothic church of St Anthony, visit the town gates and the old town square. A unique attraction is the small but world-renowned Višnjan Observatory, which has been at the forefront of asteroid discovery for years. The city of Poreč, full of cultural and historical gems, is only a twenty-minute drive away. For an incredible view of the blue sea, head to the viewpoint overlooking the Lim Channel.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
