In the heart of the medieval town of Sveti Lovreč, you will find Villa Amyra. This luxurious 4 bedroom villa was built in 2011 and completely renovated in 2022. It is characterized by a traditional building style, combining Istrian and Tuscan architecture. It is designed for a maximum of 10 people, while the optimal number is 8.
The villa offers its guests 243 m² of living space and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room dominated by a romantic fireplace. Ideal for relaxing in the evenings, the living room is equipped with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for two people and a 65" TV. Next to the living room there is a dining room with a table for 8 to 10 people and a rustic fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. In addition to modern furniture in warm and earthy colors, the space is enriched with various antiques that bring a touch of the Mediterranean. All rooms are air-conditioned and central heating is available for colder days.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, all with double beds. 1 bathroom on the ground floor has a bath that will give you a real wellness experience and relaxation after a long day. In addition, 1 bedroom on the first floor has access to a balcony with deckchairs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The traditional-modern style of the ground floor extends to the upper floor, characterized by natural stone and wood combined with modern furniture.
The total area of the property is 744 m². The villa has a beautiful covered terrace that can be closed off with curtains. There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood barbecue and a dining table, so you can enjoy breakfast in a unique outdoor setting or dinner while watching the sunset. The 96m² swimming pool is a great place to cool off during the day or at night, and there are 8 sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing after a swim. The pool is heated, so it is pleasant to swim in even during the colder seasons.
There is an additional 52m² building with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower in the courtyard next to the main villa. Children and adults will enjoy playing table tennis and darts. The villa is completely fenced and has a beautiful garden with lots of greenery, ideal if you bring your pets. There are 4 private parking spaces in the courtyard and a further 2 outside.
