Villa Fritula is located in the northwest of Istria, near Vižinada. This vacation house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is designed for a maximum of 8 people. If relaxation and enjoyment are synonymous for your ideal vacation, look no further - Villa Fritula has everything you need!
The villa covers an area of 164 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor is characterized by an airy, open space featuring a living room with seating area, sofa and armchairs, and right next to it is a dining table with 10 seats. There is also a modern fully equipped kitchen with 4 more chairs. The room is dominated by warm, earthy colors combined with elements of wood and metal. These are contrasted by the accent pastel color of the chairs and doors, which blends well with the striking light wood ceiling beams. Large glass doors run the length of the room, allowing constant natural light and creating the illusion of a connection between inside and out.
The tranquil ambience continues on the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and double beds. All bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and there is also a washing machine. The bedrooms have French balconies that add a touch of romantic charm. The 4th bedroom with bathroom is located in a separate building in the courtyard.
In addition to the refined and tastefully decorated interior, Villa Fritula will delight you with its 1091 m² garden with 4 lounging areas. Next to the 50 m² swimming pool there are 7 sun loungers, and on the spacious outdoor terrace there is a dining table with 10 chairs, a swing and a comfortable sofa with armchairs. Next to the villa there is an additional building with a terrace equipped with a summer kitchen with grill and a table with 6 chairs. There really is no end to the enjoyment of this villa, and with so many relaxation areas, there is room for large groups of friends or family. Children can play in the outdoor playground and there is also a table tennis set, badminton equipment and board games. The spacious yard is ideal if you want to bring your pet on vacation.

Only 25 minutes away by car are Novigrad and Poreč, two Istrian pearls that will enchant you with their charm and numerous events. Whichever city you choose, you will not make a mistake and your villa will be waiting for you when you return. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
