Villa Povetica is located in the northwest of Istria, not far from the village of Vižinada. This 6-bedroom villa with pool is designed for 12 people, making it ideal for gathering larger groups of friends or family. Surrounded by trees and greenery, with a garden of 1419 m² and numerous zones for relaxation, it will provide you with a vacation you may have only dreamed of. If you have a pet, we have good news - this villa will also be happy to host your four-legged friend.
The interior of this villa covers 209 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a warm, modern, open plan space with wooden beams giving it a rustic feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table. After dinner, you can relax in the living room where comfortable sofas and armchairs await you. Large balcony doors visually connect the interior with the exterior, and through them there is a constant view of the outdoor terrace. All rooms are air conditioned and central heating is available for colder days.
The villa has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. 1 room is on the ground floor, 1 is in a separate building in the garden, while the other 4 are on the 1st floor. All rooms are equipped with double beds, storage space and desks. Modern furniture in bright colors and lots of light coming in through the French windows will make your stay in these rooms extremely pleasant. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and toiletries, and there is also a washing machine.
In addition to the refined and tastefully decorated interior, Villa Povetica will delight you with its large, well-maintained garden and swimming pool. Next to the 50 m² swimming pool there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, and on the covered terrace you will find an outdoor dining area and a relaxation area. To make your summer vacation complete, there is also a summer kitchen with barbecue. Children will enjoy the large yard and playground, and there is also a ping pong table, badminton set and board games to keep the whole family entertained.
The surrounding area of Villa Povetica is a small, insufficiently known paradise on earth. The Parenzana railroad once ran through this area, and has been converted into a bicycle trail, also called the trail of peace and friendship. There are also endless vineyards, hills and numerous viewpoints with a view of Motovun and the Mirna valley. What are you waiting for?
