Welcome to North Beach Village #62 - a 3BD/2.5BA Key West style townhouse on
Holmes Beach! It’s located in a quiet and peaceful residential area just a
half block from the pristine Anna
Maria Island beaches. It is also just a few steps to the free trolley line
that can take you anywhere you want to explore on this beautiful 7-mile beach
paradise.
When entering North Beach Village #62, you walk up a short flight of stairs to
the main level. This story features a large open plan living area with lots of
natural light, well equipped kitchen includes all appliances with a Keurig and
drip coffee maker, dining area and half bath with washer and dryer. Step
outside onto the large, shaded and screened in lanai off the living area to
enjoy the tropical breezes or have al fresco meals at the outdoor dining area.
There is an additional deck off the dining area.
This home feature another story which has the main bedroom with an ensuite
bathroom and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The
queen guest bedroom and the third bedroom with two twin beds share a hall
bathroom that comes with a shower/tub combination.
Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 6 people
The downstairs double garage accommodates extra room for parking and 2 parking
spaces on the driveway. You will find your beach gear including beach wagon,
chairs and umbrella. There is also an 2nd full-size fridge to store your extra
drinks and other refreshments.

North Beach Village features a shared, heated 40 ft by 16 ft community pool in
the center of the complex. Enjoy a swim surrounded by tropical landscaping!
There is a gas grill by the ground level covered outdoor area in the back of
the house.
This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking area.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be
a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and
night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful
enjoyment of their private property.
