Luxurious Ski-In/Ski-Out 6 Bedroom Condo at Town Lift
Much of the allure of a Park City vacation stems from Park City’s charming
historic district. 820 Park Avenue is at the nexus of everything Park City
offers, located at the base of both the historic district and Park City
Mountain’s Town Lift. Walk in/ walk out to Historic Main Street or ski-in/ski-
out* to Park City Mountain. Win. Win.
820 Park Avenue was built in 2016 with every detail accounted. Units #203 and
#204 combined boast luxurious accommodations for up to 12 guests, with six
bedrooms offering various configurations and seven and a half bathrooms.
Access to the property is through a private foyer accessible via an elevator.
Upon entry, the property’s unique accordion windows designed to let the
outside in will draw you in views of Park City’s ridgeline and the Town Lift
base. The residence is filled with splendid decor and furnishings, including a
feature fireplace wall, staying true to local character without nearing
"rustic" or "quaint" and, of course, only top-of-the-line appliances in both
kitchens.
With two distinct living areas and kitchens, combining units #203 and #204 is
the perfect solution for large groups or multiple families traveling together.
Unit #203 offers a dining table with seating for eight and a breakfast bar
with seating for four. Down the hall, unit #204 provides a dining table with
seating for six and a breakfast bar with seating for four.
The two living rooms are anchored by beautiful fireplaces and surrounded by
large picture windows that can accordion to one side. The two main bedrooms
feature king-sized beds, fireplaces, elegant private baths and balconies.
Another suite offers a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The remaining
three guest bedrooms each feature two twins that can easily convert into king
beds and private bathrooms.
The shared rooftop deck is like no other in Park City. Featuring a hot tub,
bar-b-que, fire pit and lounge seating perfect for soaking in the winter’s
sunsets, listening to summer’s quaking aspens, stargazing, or watching the
town’s traditional Fourth of July fireworks show tops the building. If you
catch a chill, the social lounge just inside from the rooftop deck is the
perfect spot to wind the evening down.
Additional amenities include complimentary fiber Wifi. Enjoy private
underground parking, an extremely rare and valuable amenity in downtown Park
City. A ski prep lounge offers plenty of secure storage for equipment as well
as a comfortable, warm place to put on jackets and boots.
The residence’s premium amenities are on par with their incomparable Main
Street location. Complimentary daily housekeeping during the winter season.
Premier Rating.
Park City Mountain’s Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December,
please check with the resort for current status and updates.
