Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This beautifully updated 4th-floor villa offers angled views of the Atlantic Ocean and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing, coastal retreat. Located in the desirable Island Club resort, you’ll enjoy easy beach access, multiple pools, and a variety of resort-style amenities—right outside your door.
Step inside to find modern vinyl-plank flooring throughout and a bright, beach-inspired interior. The kitchen features white granite countertops, a seafoam green subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances—fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wood dining table that seats six, opening into a spacious living room with a dark blue sofa, striped loveseat, two additional chairs, and a 50" smart TV. A large sliding glass door leads from the living area to your private balcony with ocean views and outdoor dining for four—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
To the right of the foyer, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, along with a 32" Roku TV. This room has access to a nearby hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The primary guest bedroom offers two queen beds, 32" TV, a walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added luxury, this room also has its own private door door to the balcony, so you can step out and enjoy the ocean breeze at any time.
With space for up to 7 guests, this villa is your home away from home—perfect for relaxing beach vacations, family get-togethers, or a friends’ retreat. Whether you’re lounging on the beach, splashing in the pool, or unwinding on the balcony, this is Hilton Head living at its best.
Island Club is an oceanfront villa complex located in the Folly Field area next door to the Westin Resort Hotel. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Har-Tru, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills on site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children’s playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children’s pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on site as well.
