Take a dip in your private terrazzo-tiled pool (16m x 2.8m, approx. 45 sqm) complete with built-in pool bar seating facing the sunken living room. Relax on wooden sun loungers, swing in the hammock, or enjoy poolside dining at the outdoor table for four. The enclosed courtyard is surrounded by tropical greenery, creating a serene atmosphere. Floating breakfast is available upon request.
Living Room
The spacious living area features a modern Mediterranean-tropical design with natural textures and two large L-shaped sofas. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a projector and screen supporting Netflix, YouTube, and more. Stay cool with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and enjoy strong Wi-Fi for both leisure and remote work.
Kitchen & Dining
Cook in style with the fully equipped modern kitchen, complemented by an outdoor kitchen with a built-in stove and sink. Appliances include a gas stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and water dispenser. All cookware and utensils are provided. Each of the three ensuite bedrooms features a king-size bed with premium mattress and linens, a wardrobe, blackout curtains, bedside lighting, and a cozy sofa. The master bedroom includes a safety box and Smart TV for private entertainment.
