Guests can borrow binoculars from the service office to fully appreciate the beautiful surroundings. The apartment features a combined kitchen and living area that opens onto a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and scenery. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and an additional WOK cooktop for versatile cooking. The apartment has three bright and comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a luxurious rain shower with steam function and underfloor heating for added comfort. Entertainment is provided with a TV, Blu-Ray player, and a Bluetooth-connected soundbar. A bioethanol fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere to the living space. Located on the first floor, the apartment is easily accessible via elevator. Parking is available nearby at Palstek, close to Strandblick. Please note that since there are several identical apartments in the complex, the interior layout may vary (photos are for reference). The Marina Wendtorf holiday area is still under development, so some disturbance from ongoing construction is possible. Shops and the restaurant on the ground floor are also still being completed. Rental is strictly for holiday guests only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
