If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Pool heat and or SPA heat available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (May 1 – October 1). The average water temperature without the heater is above 90°F. - Use of the fire pit is available upon request and subject to an additional fee. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
