Our guest experience team is always available, and will do their best to answer any questions as soon as possible. The apartment is on the lower ground floor, guests are required to use stairs to access the apartment. House Rules: • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property • Please respect designated quiet hours • Parties are not allowed • Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement. • Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
