Recently updated, it features new living room furniture, including a sleeper sofa, loveseat, chair, and dining set. Guests love the convenience of our keyless entry and the open-concept kitchen with a granite breakfast bar. Start your mornings with breathtaking ocean views—you can see the sea right from the kitchen as you enjoy your first cup of coffee! The spacious great room design ensures the ocean is always in sight, whether you’re relaxing in the living room or the master bedroom. The living area is fully equipped for comfort and entertainment, featuring a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, a 55” Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. Step outside to the balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining when you prefer to stay in. The master suite is a private retreat, separated by elegant French doors. It includes its own balcony, a king-size bed with a plush pillow-top mattress, a 50" SMART TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a raised vanity, tub, and a walk-in shower. The spacious guest suite offers two queen beds, 40" TV with cable, and its own private balcony. The adjoining bathroom includes a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit. Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.} Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking.
