Location, Location, Location!
We can’t say these three words enough for this gorgeous gem of a villa in Palmetto Dunes. 409 Captains Walk has views that are breathtaking from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony! The open floor plan lends itself to socializing and entertaining while having magnificent views of the ocean. Both bedrooms have new bedding and both bathrooms are newly renovated, fresh, and very pretty! This villa is painted in a light mint green and has a lot of beach décor.
To the left of the entrance is the open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, and in the back corner there is a stacked washer and dryer. There are three stools at the countertop and additional seating at the dining room glass table with six cushioned seats. Relax in the living room where there is a tan queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, a blue leather chair, and a mounted 64” TV. The sliding door leads to a covered balcony. Enjoy the stunning ocean views from all these rooms!
To the right of the entrance is where the bedrooms are located. The guest room has two queen beds each with a bench seat at the foot of them, palm prints on the walls, and a mounted TV. The private bathroom has a single granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. At the opposite end of the hall is the master suite that has a king bed, chair, bench seat, and 50” mounted Roku TV. This room has the same beautiful ocean views as the main living area and has a sliding door that opens to the covered balcony with two patio love seats. The ensuite bath has a single granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower.
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
Captain’s Walk has a large oceanfront pool, children’s pool and a large, covered deck along with multiple sundecks and a charcoal grilling area. Make this your families’ new getaway tradition! You will be sure to book before you leave, so no one else beats you to it!
