A stylish and contemporary 5-bedroom villa with a private infinity pool, perfectly situated within walking distance of the charming town of Bonifacio in southern Corsica. Three well-appointed double bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the main floor. The master suite upstairs includes a king-size bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom, Apple TV, and a terrace with valley views. A separate 45m² annexe offers a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite, and lounge with a sofa bed. Outside, the private fenced infinity pool (14x5m) is complemented by a summer kitchen, alfresco dining beneath an ancient olive tree, outdoor lounge, and a garden with a hammock. Entertainment includes Apple TV, table football, pool table, table tennis, badminton, a trampoline, games consoles, and snorkeling gear. Guests have full access to the villa, including all interior and exterior spaces. The swimming pool is available from approximately June to September. Private parking is provided within gated grounds. The gardien lives on-site in a separate annexe and maintains the garden and pool. While the harbor and town are within walking distance, car hire is strongly recommended for visits to the beach and other areas across southern Corsica. Note that the first section of the route to town is unpaved and narrow, requiring caution. The property includes four bedrooms in the main house and one in the annexe. An additional two guests may be accommodated on the sofa bed in the annexe lounge. The gardien lives on-site but in a completely separate part of the property. The pool is open approximately June to September. The grounds are fenced and ideal for children and toddlers, with cots and high chairs available.
